Hello Creative Friends,
Today I’m sharing a shoe craft to go along with the Women’s Ministry Shoe Theme that I just got added back on my main website today.  One of the verses for that theme is Psalm 119:133

Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me.”

One of my favorite places for printing out crafts is over at the HP Activity Center (Hewlett-Packard).  They have some really fun things over there and one of the projects is some cute little princess shoes.  They are cute just like they are but I printed them out just to use for a template so I could make some different colored ones out of card-stock.  I just transferred the guides of their score and cut lines to my card-stock.

Note:  If you do decide to print some things from over there, read their “instructions” for each project first.  Many times you need to print off just one of the the pdf pages, then turn your cardstock and put it back in the printer and then print the second page because many of their projects are front and back.  When I print their projects just to use as a template  I don’t print the extra pages of the projects to save on my ink.

You can find the shoes on the HP page with their Glamour-Princess Party Kit.  Go to their Creative Studio.  Click on Project Types – Party Kits and Decorations -  Party Kits =  Glamour Princess Kt – Slipper Decoration.

I used my Sizzix Blossom Party Die for my flowers and put them together with a flower brad.  I just wrote out “Order my steps” for the tag and made some dashes for seams with an ink marker.  These shoes are great to hold little goodies such as small cello bags of candy.  I put some Hershey’s Hugs in mine.  You could also fill in the shoe with shredded paper filler and add in a few wrapped candies.
