#8 Charity: Love your website! I have used so much from it. It was hard to think of what to add but if I had to pick something I guess it would be to see more games, printables, skits, and gift ideas. Thanks!
Chairty, I’ll be emailing you later today to get what 2 downloads you’d like to choose. (Winner was chosen by random.org) Thanks for participating.
We are finally to our last Day of Give Aways in celebration of my 11th Anniversary of my CLM Website! Thanks so much for those who’ve been participating and commenting. I loved hearing all about the Mother’s Day plans on yesterday’s comments.
For our 11th Day of Give Aways, I will be giving away Two (2) Downloads of Your Choice from the Women’s Resources on the website to one winner who leaves their comments on today’s post. To post, scroll
all the way to the bottom of this post, click where it says comments (there will be a number of how many), then the comments will come up and you just scroll to the bottom to fill in the box and make your comments.
Be sure to comment on today’s post (5/01/12) before Midnight to qualify for the give away!
Also I have a few free downloads for all of you over in the quizzes section of the Ministry Printables.
There’s a Flower Quiz and a Cleaning Products Quiz. Also a “Who Are You?” in modern speak. I thought the “Who Are You?” (modern speak) might be fun for a teen girls class to fill out.
Find the new free downloads here.
In order to qualify for the give away you must.
1. Comment on this post. Let me know what you’d like to see on the website in the future – themes, devotional topics, printables, or anything you want to suggest.
2. Make sure you fill out your name (first is okay) and email address when commenting (it won’t be shown publicly).
Please Note: Comments do not show up automatically. I’ll need to approve them first. I get a lot of spam on my blog daily and a lot of them are not nice so I need to check them first.

#7 Karen C: The pillow boxes certainly make clever favors. There are so many things that could be included in them, and can be used with many themes. Thank you for your willingness to share again.
Karen, I’ll be emailing you later today to get a mailing address to send the boxes. (Winner was chosen by random.org) Thanks for participating.
Morning Everyone,
I enjoyed all your comments from yesterday about what you were learning in Sunday School and church.
We are down to the 10th Day of Give Aways to celebrate the 11th Anniversary of my CLM Website. Hope you will all join in on commenting today. I am giving away another “crafty” prize but you don’t have to be crafty to make these.
Today I’m giving away to one winner a total of 50 pillow box die cuts made from the Sizzix Pillow Box Die. The paper I used for these are all in springy color patterns. Your pillow boxes will come cut-out with the score lines so all you have to do is fold them, add some adhesive, and put them together. There’s one seam down the side to place adhesive and you can seal up the ends. A lot of times I don’t seal the ends but put what I want inside, then wrap ribbon from side to side and tie around it so I can skip that step.
Be sure to comment on today’s post (4/30/12) before Midnight to qualify for the give away!
These will come in assorted paper designs. I used several designs from the 1st Edition Spring Feast Paper Pad. A photo of that is over to the left to give you an idea. I didn’t use all of the papers but a majority of them.
These pillow boxes are pretty small and hold just a few candies or a lip balm. They are 3 inches by 2 inches with a depth of less than 3/4 of an inch. I’ll send you some of the little butterfly cut-outs (like on the samples) to match your boxes, but there are all kinds of ways to doll these up. Just go over to Splitcoast Stampers and look in their gallery.
Be sure to stop in tomorrow for the last day of Anniversary Give Aways!
For the give away today I will be choosing one winner from today’s comments and announce the winner here tomorrow.
In order to qualify you must.

2. Make sure you fill out your name (first is okay) and email address when commenting (it won’t be shown publicly). If you are the winner today, I’ll be emailing you to get a mailing address.

#11 Chrissy Had a great Adult Sunday School Class this morning, Pastor is teaching a foundations class and it was very interactive which I truly enjoy. Service was great too, Word was on Planning ahead and having a heart after God. It was a rainy morning but one gentleman reminded us to be thankful even for the rain, for the sun is always there even if we can’t see it with our eyes, just like Jesus. I love your website, thank you for putting up so many wonderful ideas for us to glean from, it has truly been and is a blessing to me.
Chrissy, I’ll be emailing your download out to you later today. (Winner was chosen by random.org) Thanks for participating.

Good Morning Everyone,
Thought I’d try to get this posted earlier since it’s Sunday. I’m sure those of you over on the east coast are already into your day but I’m just getting started:)
For the 9th Day of Give Aways I’m going to give away another download of the Training Camp Material. This covers a lot of basics and just some things that are always good to review no matter how long you’ve been doing women’s ministry so I thought it would be a good choice for another give away. I will be choosing one winner from today’s comments so be sure to leave one on today’s post. Post by 12 Midnight (PST) today in order to qualify.
I must tell you that Training Camp was one of the most fun things I’ve ever done with the website because I had so much interaction with you ladies. If you missed it, I held a week long online training session on the website the last week in August (2011) all revolving around football terms only relating them to women’s ministry. I gave daily assignments, reading, and some other things. You had to check in everyday and get your training.
So many have asked if I’m going to do it again but it did take me quite a awhile to prepare for it and I haven’t had the time to dedicate to another one. I’m thinking maybe a Spring Training for next year (doing baseball instead of football next time). I’ll let you know if I can get it together. My husband keeps telling me I should do another one–like I can just plop it up on the site:) I keep telling him I have to write it first. So just pray for me and with me about the idea and we’ll see what happens. You can see the Training Camp details here.
Just a reminder for you that I started a Pinterest account and have been putting some ideas for some of the themes there. I had so many theme ideas from around the web bookmarked and I’m working my way of pinning them to my Pinterst Boards to have the ideas all in one place. I have a thing about putting them in my bookmarks/favorites and never going back to them so Pinterest has been good for me to dig out these things. Just remember that Pinterest is just like any other image search. You have to be careful of what words you search and all that. I never look at the “everything” they have, just the specific boards for diy and recipes. Things like that. My Pinterest Boards are here.
For the give away I will be choosing one winner from today’s comments and announce the winner here tomorrow.
In order to qualify you must.
1. Comment on this post. Let me know what lesson you learned in Sunday School or what topic the sermon was in your church today. (yes! you can tell me if you didn’t go, worked in nursery, jr. church, etc.)
2. Make sure you fill out your name (first is okay) and email address when commenting (it won’t be shown publicly). If you are the winner today, I’ll be emailing you to get a mailing address.

Good Saturday Morning Everyone,
It’s the 8th Day of Give Aways in honor of my 11th Anniversary online with my CLM Website. I’m blessed to have so many of you commenting on the posts. Thanks for the encouragement.
For today’s Give Away I thought I’d do something along the crafty line as I know a lot of you stop in for that. I’m giving away 25 purse favor die-cuts (made with the Petite Purse Die from Stampin’ Up! When it came out I just had to have it.). They will be assorted designs and will come to you pre-cut and pre-scored. You will need to use adhesive to adhere them together. Below is a few samples of how they turn out. I embellished them with some punch cut-outs and stick on gems. I’ll enclose some punch cut-outs of tiny flowers and butterflies that you can use as embellishments with your prize. I will be choos
ing one winner from today’s comments so be sure to leave one on today’s post. Post by 12 Midnight (PST) today in order to qualify.
I thought if you have a small ladies group they would work well for favors or they make great door prizes filled with little candies or goodies. Maybe even use for your volunteers and helpers. Placed in cellophane bags done up with ribbons they look pretty nice. They are “petite” as in the name and put together they are approximately 2 and 3/4 inches across the bottom at the widest point and only 2 inches tall (not including the handle).
Fun things to put inside this tiny purse:
- A few wrapped candies
- Folded up cloth ladies hankie (you can usually get the pretty embroidered ones at the 99 Cent store)
- Lip balms or lipsticks
- Key chain
- Magnet
- If you leave the flap open, you can place in other things such as a couple teabags, a wrapped cookie, mini tube of handcream, etc.
Here’s a photo of how the purses look when cut out. The die pre-scores the folds and they only have two tabs that need adhesive plus the handles so they go together in a snap and are so cute. They have a little slit on the front where the flap tab inserts. Sorry my photos aren’t better today. It’s been awhile since I’ve taken pics of projects for my blog and I’m so out of practice and I also don’t have my paint program where I edit installed on this computer yet so I’m finding it difficult to get my photos to look good.
For the give away I will be choosing one winner from today’s comments and announce the winner here tomorrow.
In order to qualify you must.
1. Comment on this post. Let me know if you are or are not a “crafty” person:)
2. Make sure you fill out your name (first is okay) and email address when commenting (it won’t be shown publicly). If you are the winner today, I’ll be emailing you to get a mailing address.
