Polished to Perfection!
When I had all my Spring wrapped candies out this week I started playing around and this is what I came up with. Nail polish bottles. You could also say they are perfume bottles if you wanted. They are made with two Spring wrapped Reese’s Cup Miniatures and one Spring Wrapped Rolo. You could just do these with the regular gold wrapped Reese’s Miniatures. I think the gold would make the best “perfume” bottles.
I put mine together with just a few drops of hot glue. Use low temp. You don’t want to melt the chocolates. Important Step: Be careful to line your candies up on the edges as you are doing them. You don’t get to move them around after you have put them in place. The foil will peel off. Speaking from experience here. Of course those reject ones ended up in my mouth.
For the circle tags I punched the saying out with a 1 inch punch. The outer rim punch I used was 1 and 1/4 inch.
I thought this might be fun to go along with a “Polished to Perfection” Meeting Theme. I don’t have that one on the website but I think it would be a good one with Psalm 101:2 as the theme verse.
I will behave myself wisely in a perfect way. O when wilt thou come unto me?
I will walk within my house with a perfect heart. Psalm 101:2
There’s a verse in 2 Corinthians talking about “perfecting” our holiness too. (2 Corinthians 7:1) which might be a good direction to go in.
Some other sayings that would work with these:
Mother’s are like sweet perfume.
- Mothers add the color to life.
- Friends are the sweet polish of life.
- You paint my life with the perfect shade.
- You are perfectly polished.
- Live colorfully!
Download the “Polished to Perfection” Printable Saying. I left a lot of room between them on the page so if you want to use paper punches, you’ll have room to.
I’m not compensated in any way from the Hershey Company. I’m just a lover of their chocolates.
Have a creative day,
