Hello Creative Friends,
Today I posted on the website a new devotional called, It’s UP2U. It was inspired by a pack of chewing gum from Mentos called UP2U. The main verse is Joshua 24:15 and the gist is basically that everything we do and whether we serve the Lord really boils down to us and what choices we make as an individual.
“…choose you this day whom ye will serve…” Joshua 24:15
I was thinking that packs of that gum would make a cute little favor for our ladies meetings. The tag I used on the one in the photo is available as a printable for you.
You could also use this gum favor even without the printable tag to focus on a variety of specific things for women’s ministry that can fall into the UP2U category.
- It’s UP2U to help our women’s ministry grow.
Give out at a Kick-Off meeting or volunteer meeting. - It’s UP2U to serve others.
Give out at a mentoring themed meeting. - It’s UP2U to witness to others.
Give out at a mission themed meeting. - It’s UP2U to improve your prayer life.
Give out at a prayer themed meeting.

Have a creative day everyone. By the way, I hope you like my new redo in here. I was ready for a change.

Recently become the leader of the women’s group in our church and I have been trying to come up with ways to get the ladies involved and have some fun in God’s house and enjoy learning and reading God’s word, some of your ideas have helped me tremendously and I thank God for using you to be that help for us women who right now do not have the hands on help from our ladies. God bless and thank you
You are SUCH A BLESSONG! I have had a burden to have a women’s ministry at our church for 2 years. This Saturday will be our first big event! An Olympics themed 1 day convention. Thank you for all of the tools on your site, the encouragement that you give through your tools and most of all your devotion to all women’s ministries. I purchased the “Training Camp” materials an am looking forward to using it as a bible study with some of our women. I LOVE this gum idea also! Thanks again! Praying for you and your ministry.
I love this idea so much, so creative i pray that your ministry will not fail in Jesus name. thanks for sharing .
Julia, you are such a blessing! I had been surfing the web for women’s bible studies and creative ideas to make our meeting something for our women to look forward to each month, and I couldn’t find anything that satisfied me. When I found your website I was blown away with so much information you had on here and I couldn’t believe I handn’t found it before. This is my second month doing a bible study at our meeting and I am so thankful for you and your website. Thank you so much and I pray that God continues to work through you to reach women all around the world! God Bless.
Thanks Naomi. It’s always a pleasure to meet those new to the site. Hope you will find it useful for your ministry.
Julia, thank you so much for being both a servant and evangelist. You’re giving your beautiful ideas to so many and we’re using them to spread the news that GOD SAVES. You’re an AWESOME woman of GOD.
Thank you for your encouragement, Anita.
I used this devotional and favor idea at our Ladies Missionary Fellowship meeting tonight. I applied it to how it is UP2U to make a relationship with the missionaries our church supports so that they get more than a support check each month. Sure they need financial support but they need encouragement as well. We want them to be encouraged and refreshed by our support of their ministry through projects, cards, notes, etc. Thank you so much for all of your GREAT ideas!
Thanks for sharing what you did with the UP2U idea. I love missionaries and I know they always need encouragement.
