Hello Creative Friends,
Tried another recipe from online for dinner yesterday.  It turned out pretty good.  This was a Chicken – Spinach – Pasta Bake.  The recipe calls for a 9 x 13 pan and my pan was almost 12 x 9 and 1/2 so I don’t think the amount of cheese should have made much of a difference but I used what it called for (1 and 1/2 cups) but next time I may just use the whole 2 cups.  My kids like everything covered with cheese.

Before we got a new computer recently, I wasn’t able to visit the recipe sites or any sites that had a lot of photos very well, so now I’m having fun looking up some new things to try (and actually be able to have the pictures load fully).
