#11 Chrissy   Had a great Adult Sunday School Class this morning, Pastor is teaching a foundations class and it was very interactive which I truly enjoy. Service was great too, Word was on Planning ahead and having a heart after God. It was a rainy morning but one gentleman reminded us to be thankful even for the rain, for the sun is always there even if we can’t see it with our eyes, just like Jesus. I love your website, thank you for putting up so many wonderful ideas for us to glean from, it has truly been and is a blessing to me.

Good Morning  Everyone,

Thought I’d try to get this posted earlier since it’s Sunday.  I’m sure those of you over on the east coast are already into your day but I’m just getting started:)

For the 9th Day of Give Aways I’m going to give away another download of the Training Camp Material.  This covers a lot of basics and just some things that are always good to review no matter how long you’ve been doing women’s ministry so I thought it would be a good choice for another give away.  I will be choosing one winner from today’s comments so be sure to leave one on today’s post.  Post by 12 Midnight (PST) today in order to qualify.

I must tell you that Training Camp was one of the most fun things I’ve ever done with the website because I had so much interaction with you ladies.  If you missed it, I held a week long online training session on the website the last week in August (2011) all revolving around football terms only relating them to women’s ministry.  I gave daily assignments, reading, and some other things.  You had to check in everyday and get your training.

So many have asked if I’m going to do it again but it did take me quite a awhile to prepare for it and I haven’t had the time to dedicate to another one.  I’m thinking maybe a Spring Training  for next year (doing baseball instead of football next time). I’ll let you know if I can get it together.  My husband keeps telling me I should do another one–like I can just plop it up on the site:)  I keep telling him I have to write it first.  So just pray for me and with me about the idea and we’ll see what happens.  You can see the Training Camp details here.

Just a reminder for you that I started a Pinterest account and have been putting some ideas for some of the themes there.  I had so many theme ideas from around the web bookmarked and I’m working my way of pinning them to my Pinterst Boards to have the ideas all in one place.   I have a thing about putting them in my bookmarks/favorites and never going back to them so Pinterest has been good for me to dig out these things.   Just remember that Pinterest is just like any other image search.  You have to be careful of what words you search and all that.   I never look at the “everything” they have, just the specific boards for diy and recipes.  Things like that.   My Pinterest Boards are here.
